Our warehouse determines the exact shipping method at this time, usually UPS, but it may be the USPS. Our warehouse from the heart of New York is careful to use the most efficient delivery available. Items are ordered within 24 hours of cleared payment, time for picking and shipping the product is usually 48 to 72 hours. Most of our customers receive their items within 10 business days of their order. Custom merchandise is an exception, with 4 to 6 weeks additional time necessary to make these products just for you! Custom items require additional text to be placed in an inset box when ordering, which you will do according to your customization.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization, if you have a problem it must be reported to us within 10 days. Shortage or damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking fee plus freight charges will be added to all orders refused or returned without prior authorization. Product must be in original packaging in perfect condition. Customized items are not returnable unless there is an error on our part or a defect in the product. We guarantee your happiness, but you MUST Contact us within ten days so that we can resolve an issue. If you simply change your mind about the purchase and/or don't like it, we will refund your product purchase minus shipping fees upon receipt of the merchandise, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. BUT, if your total product purchase is $100 or more, we will fully refund your cost if you have to return, including shipping fees.
